To redevelop a disused warehouse which included a car repair workshop in the heart
The site was bound by terrace houses, industrial units, a school and a Car Park, this in turn created a variety of design challenges with respect to planning requirements and Party Wall awards.
The architecture was a contextual response to a series of these conditions.
